5. Shipping Policy
Delivery Scope: We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to other countries.
Shipping Costs:

  • Orders of AUD 70.00 or more: Free Shipping.

  • Orders under AUD 70.00: A flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 applies.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Delivery typically takes between 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods: Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation Conditions:

  • Orders may be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Based on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
