Thank you for purchasing dining chairs and outdoor dining table sets at Deconario (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "we"). We are committed to providing an efficient service experience. Please read our cancellation policy below carefully.
Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation eligibility is based on the status of your order:

Within 48 hours of placing the order (Unshipped): If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment and the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel directly for a full refund.

Over 48 hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped (even if within 48 hours), we cannot intercept the package. In this case, the order cannot be cancelled directly. You will need to wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to your address, and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
If you meet the cancellation conditions, please follow these steps:

In your request, please provide your Order Number and valid Proof of Payment so we can locate your order quickly.

Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once approved, we will notify you of the result via email and arrange the refund.
Refund Instructions

Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed (or the return is successfully received and inspected for shipped orders), the refund will be automatically returned to the original payment account (Visa or MasterCard) used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
Order Modification
Please note that we cannot modify specific items (such as changing the color of a dining chair or the size of a table) once an order has been confirmed. If you need to make changes, please follow the cancellation process to cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct items.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of payment. If you need to change the address, please contact us within the 48-hour window before shipment. We are not responsible for cancellations or refunds if the goods are lost or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided by you.
