Welcome to Deconario (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best transportation service for your dining chairs and outdoor dining sets. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Delivery Scope
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of AUD $70.00 and over.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD $70.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD $7.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related charges are already included in the product price displayed on our store. You are not required to pay any additional fees or taxes upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is based on our service hours: 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed starting from that same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting from the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, the handling time for picking, packing, and dispatching your items is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time
The estimated total transit time for delivery is 5-15 business days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Our primary carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.
Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and the logistics carrier's tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your furniture arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us before the product is shipped. Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.

Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Upon arrival of your package, please inspect the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If there is significant damage, please note it with the courier or refuse the package and contact us immediately.
Multiple Packages
Due to the size and weight of dining sets and outdoor furniture, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. These packages may arrive at different times. Please check your tracking information for details on multiple parcels.
P.O. Box Restrictions
As we sell large furniture items, most of our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address for delivery to ensure your order is processed without delay.
